This session is about finally receiving it.

In 45 minutes together we'll…

  • Slow all the way down: arrive, breathe, and settle in (all you need is a quiet private space and a journal)

  • Notice what's present: through gentle journaling and a guided meditation, you'll find where emotions and tension live in your body, and what they're trying to tell you.

  • Practice listening to your body with compassion (because a body that feels heard can finally begin to release what it's been carrying)
