Each week, you’ll receive a self-love inquiry challenge to explore! These are to keep you moving forward in your journey.

Your PROMISE:
Write out your promise to yourself and to future generations (attach yourself to a mission, calling, purpose)
For Example: ‘I promise to not doubt myself or deny my emotions. I trust EVERYTHING I feel. I trust my intuition….”

Key note from our Bandhas workshop:
**Why do we do bandhas?
To tone...because the tone of our pelvic floor often weakens after menopause…
Improper pelvic alignment such as tucking your tailbone increases risk of prolapse
To build a healthy relationship & connection with parts of us that have been shamed or guilted.
**Benefit of Bandhas?
Pelvic support: pelvic floor exercises w/out other treatment can improve ailments such as incontinence / 50% of women with children have prolapse..10% have symptoms
(UK findings - from Uma Dinsmore). Lack of tone can also result in prolapseHeightened sexuality

Write a letter to your Vagina:
For example: ‘Hey girl, I’m really sorry I used you when you clearly were not open. And I’m sorry I let those toxic people inside you. You don’t deserve that. And I’m so sorry about that trauma you experienced...I want you to know how much I love you.’
Breast & Yoni Massage:
Grab the coconut oil and embrace your breasts with the circle massage (that we practiced in week 8 yoga).
You might like to also explore massaging the vulva with a chosen affirmation such as: ‘I have a unique feminine magic and power’.

Key note from our lesson: If you want to heal and find freedom with your menstruation:
Chart it,
Journal it (moon phase, cycle day, etc)
Create a ritual for it (collect your blood, charge it at your alter, meditate with it, touch it, smell it, taste it, etc)
Track it
...the above will help you grow self-respect and self-love ❤️
