I help women heal naturally through somatic therapy, hormone balance practices, and feminine embodiment.

After years of struggling with painful periods, anxiety, burnout, and unresolved trauma (and trying every quick fix and expensive healer), I discovered that true healing comes from daily self-care that supports the nervous system, hormones, and feminine energy.
