After years of struggling with painful periods, anxiety, burnout, and unresolved trauma (and trying every quick fix and expensive healer), I discovered that true healing comes from daily self-care that supports the nervous system, hormones, and feminine energy.

As a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), I now guide women to reconnect with their bodies through trauma-informed somatic healing, womb-centered practices, and nervous system regulation.
