Womb Healing Course for Women | Embodied Feminine

If you've been feeling disconnected from your body, dreading your period, or carrying shame and heaviness you can't quite name — you're not broken. But you do need something different from what you've been trying.

Embodied Feminine is a 12-lesson online womb healing course led by me, Joss Frank, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) specialising in women's pelvic health and feminine embodiment.

I created it for women who are done suffering their way through painful periods, emotional tensions, and a body that feels more like a burden than a home.

This is not about fixing yourself. It's about slowing down, feeling, and coming back to who you actually are.

Why Womb Healing — and Why It Works When Nothing Else Has

Most women dealing with period pain, PCOS, fibroids, or pelvic health issues are told the same things: take the pill, manage the symptoms, push through.

And most women dealing with low confidence, emotional numbness, or feeling lost in themselves are told to think more positively, work on their mindset, do more.

Neither approach gets to the root.

The womb space — and the sacral chakra for those without a physical womb — is where the body holds stress, trauma, shame, and creative energy.

When that space is chronically tense, disconnected, or carrying unprocessed emotion, it shows up physically as painful periods, pelvic tension, hormonal imbalance, and low libido.

It shows up emotionally as feeling flat, blocked, anxious, or like a stranger in your own skin.

Womb healing works because it addresses both at the same time — through the body, not just the mind.

What's Inside Embodied Feminine

This is a self-paced 12-lesson course you can move through in your own time, from anywhere in the world.

12 audio lessons

That go to the root of pelvic health, trauma, and emotional disconnection — exploring and releasing stored emotions like shame, guilt, and fear that live in the womb space.

Gentle somatic and womb yoga practices

Paired with every lesson so you don't just learn this work intellectually — you feel it in your body. This includes womb yoga, pelvic mobility practices, pelvic floor breathwork, and tantra-informed movement.

Yoga nidra and guided meditations

Including breast meditation and yoni meditations — practices that rebuild a compassionate, trusting relationship with your body.

Weekly journal prompts and creative exercises

To help you integrate what you're learning through feeling and expression, not just thinking.

Lifetime access

To all videos, meditations, and yoga nidra audios so you can return to the practices whenever you need them.

A private yoga therapy session for direct support with your specific challenges, plus personalised feedback on the self-care routine and sexuality ritual you build toward the end of the course.

What You Walk Away With

By the end of Embodied Feminine, you'll have…

Improved womb and pelvic health

With the exact emotional, physical, and self-care tools that support your body as a woman.

Freedom from your past

Through shadow work and womb healing that actually releases stored emotion and trauma rather than just talking about it.

Genuine confidence from within

Not the kind that depends on how you look or what anyone else thinks, but the kind that comes from feeling at home in your own body.

A personalised daily self-care routine

That you can return to every day to feel balanced, grounded, and in harmony with yourself long-term.

This Course Is For You If:

  • You're a woman between 25 and 50 who feels tired, ungrounded, and disconnected from yourself.

  • You're struggling with pelvic health — painful periods, PCOS, fibroids, incontinence, pain during sex, or debilitating PMS.

  • You're carrying shame, guilt, fear, or self-doubt that you can't seem to shift no matter what you try.

  • You've been through something hard — a breakup, trauma, loss — and you haven't fully come back to yourself yet.

  • You want to feel creative, confident, and alive in your body again. Not performing. Not pushing through. Actually present.

If any of these sound like you:

"Over time I've grown more insecure about my body and I'm starting to feel hate for myself."

"My period is painful, heavy, and I dread it every month."

"I want to feel in tune with my body instead of disconnected or ashamed."

"No one ever taught me how to love my womb — it was not intuitive for me."

Then womb healing is the most direct path back to yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is womb healing?

Womb healing is the practice of bringing conscious, compassionate awareness to the womb space — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

It addresses the stored stress, trauma, and shame that conventional medicine doesn't touch, and that mindset work alone can't reach.

Through somatic practices, yoga therapy, guided meditation, and breathwork, womb healing restores the connection between your mind, body, and feminine energy.

Do I need to have a womb to do this course?

No. Embodied Feminine works with the womb space as an energetic centre — also known as the sacral chakra — which everyone has regardless of anatomy. The practices are accessible to all women.

Is this course evidence-based?

Yes. As a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), I draw on yoga therapy, somatic practice, nervous system science, and pain research.

The approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and grounded in how the body actually heals — not just how we think it should.

How long does the course take?

It's self-paced, so you move through it in your own time.

Most women complete the 12 lessons over 10–12 weeks, but you have lifetime access so there's no pressure.

What if I have a serious condition like endometriosis or PCOS?

This course is appropriate for women with endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, and other pelvic health conditions.

The practices are gentle and trauma-informed. Always keep your medical team informed — this work is designed to complement, not replace, medical care.

How is this different from therapy or seeing a doctor?

Doctors treat symptoms. Therapists work with the mind. Womb healing works with the body — specifically the pelvic space where women hold enormous amounts of unprocessed stress, emotion, and trauma.

It's not a replacement for either, but for many women it gets to the root in a way neither alone can reach.

Ready to Come Home to Yourself?

Embodied Feminine is your complete womb healing journey so you can feel at home in your body again.

If you're tired of managing symptoms, overriding your body, and waiting to feel like yourself again — this is where that changes.
