Free Guided Meditation for Women | Womb Healing & Feminine Energy

If you've been feeling stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, or running on empty — this guided meditation is for you.

This free womb-centred meditation was created by me, Joss Frank, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) specialising in womb healing and feminine embodiment.

I've used this practice with hundreds of women who came to me feeling burnt out, shut down, and like strangers in their own bodies.

It works because it doesn't ask you to think your way back to yourself. It brings you back through your body.

    What This Meditation Does

This is not a generic relaxation practice. It's a womb-focused guided meditation that takes you through three layers:

    Body awareness

Slowing down and actually feeling what's happening in your body, without trying to change it. For women who spend most of their time in their head, this alone can feel like coming up for air.

    Womb connection

Bringing gentle, compassionate attention to your womb space (or sacral chakra if you don't have a physical womb).

This is the energetic centre of feminine power, creativity, and emotional flow — and most women have learned to ignore it completely.

    Visualisation

A guided feminine energy visualisation to help you release what's heavy and reconnect with your natural sense of flow, confidence, and self-trust.

The whole practice is 15 minutes. It's gentle, beginner-friendly, and designed to be used daily.

    Who This Is For

This meditation is for you if:

    • You feel more comfortable doing than being. You override tiredness, push through pain, and only stop when you absolutely have to.

    • You feel emotionally numb, or the opposite — overwhelmed by your emotions with no idea how to move through them.

    • You've lost touch with your body — maybe after illness, trauma, difficult periods, or just years of not listening to what it's telling you.

    • You want to feel more like yourself again, but you're not sure where to start.

    • You don't need to be spiritual, experienced with meditation, or have a womb. You just need 15 minutes and a willingness to slow down.

Why Guided Meditation for Feminine Energy Actually Works

Most women are not taught how to connect with their feminine energy.

Women are taught to perform, produce, and push through. Over time, that disconnection shows up as stress, numbness, low libido, and a feeling of being a stranger in your own body.

Guided meditations are a way to work directly with the nervous system and womb to reverse that.

Through body awareness, breath, and gentle visualization, it creates the conditions for your feminine energy to soften, open, and return.

You don't need to do anything except lie down and listen.

    Why Womb-Focused Meditation Works Differently

Most meditation apps guide you to focus on your breath or clear your mind. That's useful — but it doesn't address what's actually driving disconnection in most women's bodies.

The womb space and sacral chakra are where the body holds stress, shame, creative energy, and emotional memory.

When we bring conscious, compassionate awareness there — through body-based meditation rather than purely mental focus — something different happens. The nervous system softens. The pelvic floor releases. Emotions that have been stuck start to move.

This is the foundation of everything I teach at Wild Womb.

And this free meditation is the gentlest possible place to start.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Is this meditation free?

    Yes, completely free.

You'll download the audio and also receive the Wild Womb newsletter with weekly self-care and womb healing support. You can unsubscribe any time.

Do I need experience with meditation?

No. This practice is designed for beginners and women who have never tried womb meditation before. All you need is 15 minutes somewhere quiet.

Do I need to have a womb to do this?

Not at all. The meditation works with the womb space as an energetic centre — also known as the sacral chakra — which everyone has regardless of anatomy.

What's the difference between this and a YouTube meditation?

The free download is an uninterrupted audio file you can save and return to any time. The YouTube versions include an intro and guidance before the practice begins.

Both are free — the download is simply the cleanest listening experience.

    How often should I listen?

Daily if possible, even just a few times a week.

Consistency is what builds a new relationship with your body — one session helps you feel good, regular practice creates lasting change.
